As each plan has its own set of coverages, deductibles and co-pays, we suggest speaking with your provider to fully understand your benefits. CASH PAY
Gastric Bypass cash price is $17, 760. If paying by credit card you will be assessed 6% of credit card fees. The amount could be as much as $1,065.60.
Lap-Band® cash price is $12,000. If paying by credit card you will be assessed 6% of credit card fees. The amount could be as much as $720.00.
Gastric Sleeve cash price is $13,000. If paying by credit card you will be assessed 6% of credit card fees. The amount could be as much as $780.00.
Cash Pay Includes:
Pre-surgery vitamins
1-2 night hospital stay
Surgeon’s Fee
Assistant Surgeon’s Fee
Anesthesiologist’s Fee
Radiologist’s Fee for UGI in hospital
Follow-up visits for 1 year including band fills
May NOT Include:
Individual Counseling Session ($111 and up)
Group Session with Paul Primm or Mike Pfiel ($10)
Labs ($100-$200)
Cardiologist’s Fee (if EKG is needed)
Radiologist’s Fee (if CXR is needed)
Gallbladder ultrasound (Pre-op around $375 only for bypass patients)
Any days spent in ICU (if needed)
Blood Transfusions (if needed)
Post-Op Vitamins or Nutrition Class
